Shipping Policy

Your order from Solidaritee is just one shipment away! Shipments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with a link to track the status of your shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping may be interrupted or delayed due to Federal holidays. If this occurs, your order will be shipped on the next available business day.

** IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES **

  • We ship to qualifying addresses in the 50 states and the District of Columbia.
  • Each individual order must ship to a single qualifying physical address.
  • All shipments require a street address.
  • We're unable to ship to PO Box addresses or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
  • Solidaritee is not responsible for any shipment that is delivered incorrectly and/or undeliverables due to incomplete, incorrect, and/or invalid shipping addresses.Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order.
  • Estimated delivery dates are just that; Estimated, and are subject to change and do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather, can cause shipments to be delayed.
  • Solidaritee is not responsible for shipping delays or problems caused by the shipping company, failed delivery attempts, adverse or unpredictable weather conditions, and/or acts of God.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
